For commission requests asking for Commercial Use Rights, depending on the commission request the fee can be raised from 30-50% to 300-400%.Complex DesignsFor complex designs there will be a 50% fee on top of your commission request. Terms of Service
My TOS is for anyone looking to commission me! It lists things like payment policies to turnaround time. Please read before interacting.
General Terms
All relevant reference material and requirements should be provided before any work begins or payment is submitted.Clear communication is required for accurate interpretation of your request.Failure to abide by the terms outlined may result in the commission being declined or canceled.You, as the client, must be 18+ to request commissions relating to mature themesI, as the Artist, have every right to decline your commission request for any reason.

I am open to a plethora of NSFW requests, however, anything that pertains to underaged looking characters, excessive gore, feces/excrement, are out of the question.I offer both Personal Use and Commercial Use commissions.

With PayPal now accepting Crypto Currencies I must state I DO NOT accept this form of payment and will blacklist you if you attempt to pay me in such a form.

Commissions can be paid 100% upfront or, 50% upfront and 50% for the final piece.I accept e-cheques though if you choose this payment method,
__I will not send anymore commission updates until the payment is securely in my PayPal account. __Regardless of how you pay, I will be taking a down payment before any work on the commission request begins.I will not send the final piece until after you have paid 100% of the agreed price.
If you do not have the funds when I finish the given piece, I will wait 2 weeks for you to send the rest.Failure to finish payment will result in the commission being concluded and all rights that would have been bestowed in relation to the artwork will be retracted.You will not receive the final work, as well as be put on a blacklist.

PAYMENT PLANS
For orders over $100 we can set a plan to finish the payment.
I offer weekly to monthly plans, which will be done through PayPal Invoice.
More can be discussed in private messages to find what works for you, as the client.You will not receive the final work until the payment has been paid in full.Strike System
Strike 1: After not being able to pay on time within your payment plan. I will reduce the timeframe from 1 week to 3 days.Strike 2: If you still aren't able to pay within the timeframe set. I will reduce the timeframe from 3 days to 24hrs.Strike 3: The commission will be concluded, and all rights that would have been bestowed in relation to the artwork will be retracted.

Process
- Before beginning the sketch the client will pay 50% or 100% of the agreed price.
- Email the finished work (No Clip File/PSD file depending on nature of commission)
- Details on how conduct with client will be dealt with
- Any rejected sketches can be used for future projects.
- Based on the complexity of your commission request there is a possibility there will be additional fees. All of these fees are listed in Commissions
Refund Policies
For any reason I am not able to finish your commission due to life situations, I will refund you the amount sent at the time.I do not accept refunds after you've confirmed the commission slot.If you, as the client, ceases contact for 31 days, the commission will be considered concluded, and no refunds will be issued.Forcing a chargeback will result in being put on a blacklist.
All rights that may have been bestowed in relation to the artwork will be retracted and appropriate legal action may be taken.
Revision Policies
The subject of the commission cannot be changed after payment has been submitted.A maximum of 2 revisions are given during the sketch phase free of charge.Further revisions will result in fees proportional to the additional workload.Depending on how far into the process I am into the commissioned piece, as well as how large of an edit you are asking for, will dictate how high the fee will be.If you have given me, as the Artist, "Artistic Freedom" with your commission request. You are not allowed to majorly change the pose after approval.Major Edits
This includes moving several parts to the pose, how the characters are interacting, etc.Minor Edits
This includes resizing, color edits, small jewelry details, etc.No revisions will be made once the commission is considered complete.Corrections to the accuracy of the OC/Fanart will always be acceptable and will NOT count towards revisions.
Rush Order Policies
Turnaround Time~ The time will vary between 1 to 4 weeks. Depending on workload/life situations it may take longer.
If that is the case, I will let you, as the client, know of the delays.If you have a preferred deadline, let me know during your request.__I require at least 1 week ahead of time for Rush Orders. __^There will also be a fee on top of your commission price for Rush Orders. ^
Trusted Client Reward System
For clients that have commissioned 5 successful pieces, there will be a 10% discount as appreciation.On your 6th commission specifically, the discount will be accessible.
Copyright + Usage Policies
Under no circumstances may my signature [@r3d h0ney] be removed from any artwork.Art may not be modified or edited by anyone but the original artist [@r3d h0ney].When reposting artwork you have purchased to your own galleries, you must use the watermarked version provided, and link back to this Carrd or my TwitterThe artist reserves full rights to the work produced.
If the client has paid for Private Fees, under no circumstances may the artist post the work online.All commissions are for personal use unless otherwise agreed upon.
Commercial use licenses are offered, though are more expensive.
More on price of Commercial Use licenses shown in Commissions.Under no circumstances may personal, non-commercial art be used for the purposes of making or promoting monetized content by anyone but the original artist [@r3d h0ney]. Unless the client has paid for Private Fees, then the commissioned piece is not allowed to be used by the artist [@r3d h0ney]
